How To Approach This Series

Welcome to Pre-Natal Glow: 1st Trimester!

Before you begin this plan, first consult your doctor to make sure it’s okay for you to practice yoga during your first trimester. After you get the okay, I recommend beginning with the Safety Tips and Modification videos. They are a great way to gather more information to help honor your body and baby during this special time.

On days you have high energy, I recommend one of the three Glow Flows. You’ll get your blood moving and strengthen the parts of your body that will help your pregnancy as well as birth and post-pregnancy recovery.

When you feel low energy but still want to move and connect with your breath, I recommend the Dynamic Stretch videos. You’ll stretch, open and strengthen you body.

It’s important to create a sacred space when you practice and celebrate this incredible journey. To help create this space, you should gather any props to make yourself as comfortable as possible. Throughout this plan I use two yoga blocks, bolsters and a strap.
