About the Series

The Quiet Mind is a place of infinite peace within each of us; a calm inner sanctuary free from the stress, tension and worry of the outside world. This plan blends slow, steady Vinyasa sequences and intention-setting meditations to re-center you and bring renewed energy to your body and mind.

This series features yoga practices that inspire you from the inside out. Rather than feeling obligated to “do yoga”, you will be inspired to “feel yoga”! To accomplish this, we don't just jump into the asana; instead we center before and at the end of each practice, opening you up to be more receptive to the calm wisdom found deep within your core.

Eoin Finn is the founder of Blissology Yoga. This branch of yoga revolves around using heart wisdom to guide the relationships we have with our bodies, the people in our lives, and nature. Eoin is passionate about bringing spirituality down to earth and reclaiming quiet time in nature as the spiritual portal and our best source of health and happiness. He’s been practicing yoga and meditation since 1989 and teaching for nearly two decades.

An ocean activist, Eoin started the "Blissology EcoKarma Project" to raise aid and awareness through yoga for the world's imperiled coral reefs. He also headlines major conferences and festivals around the world and his writings have appeared beside Deepak Chopra and Eckhart Tolle. He’s been featured in Oprah, InStyle, Vogue, the New York Times, and the Yoga Journal.
