About the series

Our bodies are meant to move!

This 30-day series will challenge you to return to your movement roots. Using just our bodyweight, we will not only build raw strength, but we will also develop heightened coordination, balance, body awareness, and cardio endurance. Each 20-minute workout utilizes an innovative mix of dynamic 360° movements, static holds, and primal sequences to get you working hard from head to toe.

Every class follows that same effective format: two minutes of work followed by one minute of rest. This structure allows you to push hard during the work sets and adequately recover during the active rests. As you progress through the month, your ability to perform under pressure will increase, and your form, stamina and strength will vastly improve.

Darrell is a Los Angeles-based movement coach with a specialty in calisthenics and body weight training. After constantly battling injuries from bodybuilding and soccer, he looked to calisthenics and body weight fitness as a low impact alternative. Many weight-free years later, Darrell has helped inspire thousands to explore their movement potential.

His vision is to open people’s eyes to the fact that their body is capable of doing much more than they could ever imagine. He takes a simple approach with his teaching by breaking down familiar movement so they become more feasible and by creating easy-to-follow programming.
