Each of the videos in this series has its own specific purpose whether it's better sleep, creating space in your body, or targeting overused muscles.

I recommend incorporating these classes into your routine two to three times per week.

The movements in these classes are accessible to anyone and you're encouraged to use cooshy props. Use whatever you have on hand that makes you feel good and comfortable.
