About the Series

Taking care of your body after a workout is just as important as the workout itself! Your muscles need time to repair, so how you recover between physical activities is essential to reaping the full benefits of your efforts, whether you’re into weightlifting, HIIT or yoga!

This plan will improve your strength, mobility and flexibility with effective restorative stretches. We'll work your hips, hamstrings, torso and upper body to help you reach your full athletic potential.
