You’ll find equal parts balance and strength in this Pilates workout. Burn out your biceps, triceps, and upper body one side at a time with light weights to help form that mind-to-muscle connection. You’ll also target your obliques and get into glute work with side-kneeling postures and standing balances to make it extra spicy.
