The key to leveling up your yoga practice? Balancing strength and flexibility. Grab blocks for this 40-minute flow that begins with a wrist warmup. You’ll build heat with core work and compression exercises like Lolasana Lifts and Straddle Pulses, then take it higher into a standing Warrior flow. Finish strong with a core sequence before stretching into Wheel, Shoulder Stand, and Plow.
