DESCRIPTION

This total-body circuit workout will get your heart rate up and make you sweat! You’ll start and end with a chipper, cycling through five different exercises that “chip” down the amount of reps by 10. You’ll then catch your breath during a three-exercise strength circuit to work your lower body, upper body, and core. After the circuit, you’ll finish strong with a final chipper.
