Class

Pull & Kick Sets- Apprentice
Instructor: Kaitlin Lyons

DESCRIPTION

Pulling sets are a critical element in build power and speed in the water. A pull buoy helps total body alignment keeping the head, hips, and feet in a straight line.

Kick sets are utilized in various parts of a swim workout with different purposes. Kicking aids propulsion, lift, provides a stabilizing force (balance), and sustaining speed. Kick sets are included within warm up, in preparation for the main set of the workout, a main focus of a workout, a challenge set, or as part of cool down.
