Spending 10-15 minutes before or after a workout can improve range of motion, and your ability to move through ranges of motion while performing thus improving your output. The Mobility Wod, posted by Kelly Starrett, is an outstanding resource for mobility sessions.
An episode from the Mobility Wod is included with all workouts. You can complete this during your warm up, after a workout, or at a completely different time. Complete this aspect when your schedule allows.
