Challenge your heart rate with cardio intervals — and some fun moves, of course. Warm -up with Arm Circles, Lunges, and Squats, then up the intensity by staying light on your feet with Jumping Jacks and aerobic hops. You’ll break a sweat and get a full-body workout as you time each move to the energetic music.
