DESCRIPTION

Welcome to your final class. Don’t hold back and give each dance move your all as you put everything you learned over the course of this series into this last dance cardio sesh. There are Lunge and Plank sequences throughout, including Knee Drives and Mountain Climbers to really torch your quads and abs, but the rest of the dances will feel like second nature.
