Day 2: Lower Body Slow Burn

DESCRIPTION

Don’t be afraid of using heavier weights in this lower body class. You’ll be using slow and controlled moves to focus on form and feel a deep mind-to-muscle connection in your quads, hamstrings, and glutes. Build power with RDLs and Weighted Squats, then come down to your mat and use a resistance band for Rainbows and Fire Hydrants to burn out your glutes.
