Hi friends! Welcome to your first class!
In this sequence, we will practice foundational arm balances as well as a few complex variations. Our flow culminates with a challenging transition between a seated compass pose and a flying Eka Pada Koundinyasana.

Arm Balances tend to flare up frustrations, so don’t worry if a pose is out of reach right now. This is the perfect opportunity for you to practice being receptive, understanding and compassionate with yourself. You are exactly where you are meant to be in your practice and it will come with time.
