How To Approach This Series

This series is all about your best body and committing yourself to 10 minutes of movement every day.

Each workout consists of a similar format: we’ll do 10 reps and 20 pulses for each body part. After that we go into the burnout! This is where you can really push yourself and see those results. I encourage you to write down your number each week so you can gauge your progress. Share how you feel with the fellow Cody members by interacting and logging your workouts!
