DESCRIPTION
Great job, guys! On to our second week! As we revisit workouts from last week, notice the following:
- How is your form? Don't go up to the harder variation until you've mastered where you're at.
- How many reps did you get during the burnout? Log it in your workout so you can reference back in week 3!
- How is your attitude? Stay positive and remember to have fun! If you finish the workout out of breath and sweaty, mission accomplished!
Keep all of these things in mind not only for future I Am Grateful workouts, but in all of them!
