Wake Up: 30 Minutes

DESCRIPTION

If you have some more time and want a longer morning flow, start this 30-minute Vinyasa class. It has power postures and longer holds so you can slowly wake up your body without feeling rushed. You’ll begin with side-body stretches before getting into moves like Warrior III, Reverse Tabletop, and Boat Pose to strengthen and stretch out your hamstrings and hip flexors.
