DESCRIPTION

This fiery and dynamic vinyasa flow will open your front body and strengthen your back body to help you work into Wheel Pose and a few Wheel Pose variations. You’ll learn how to do One-Legged Wheel Pose, Straight-Leg Wheel Pose, and Alien Wheel Pose. You’ll work on softening into intensity in a mindful way.
