Bring mobility and flexibility to your whole body with this half-hour stretching practice. Using familiar yoga postures, you’ll flow through quick, dynamic movements like Wild Thing and Low Lunge variations, pausing for longer holds of poses like Pigeon and Camel. You’ll end with deep stretches, leaving your body feeling refreshed.
