How To Approach This Series

Hay loves! I'm so so happy you're going to do this plan with me!

This series is more advanced than my other plans. There are fewer cues and a deeper focus on breathing and listening to your breath so it can teach you where to go.

You can use this as a 30-day plan with two days on followed by a rest which repeats over the course of a month, or you can pick whichever feels the yummiest to you each day.

If you want a longer practice, I recommend tacking on some Sun Salutations to the beginning, or chill for longer at the end <3
