This set of seven classes is designed to help you get a more restful night sleep. The sequences will help you release the physical and mental tension that build up each day.
You are welcome to use any props to help ease you into a relaxed and comfortable state, but they are by no means required.
This series is all about doing something good for your health and wellbeing! I know you’ll enjoy how this set of classes positively affects your relationships and quality of life!
Robin is a certified yoga instructor and avid acroyoga teacher based in Seattle, WA. She discovered early in her practice that breath with body movement can release the stresses of daily life, and deeply weaves them into her classes. Her use of creative, alignment-based sequencing provides a safe space for her students to let go of the outside world and heal the body from the inside out.
You can find her teaching locally in Seattle as well as leading retreats and workshops across the country and internationally.
