About the series

Fifteen minutes is all you need for better sleep. This collection of short, slow moving yoga sequences will help prepare your mind and body for a restful night's sleep!

Our lives are filled with the stresses of family, work and friends, and though we can’t always increase the number of hours we sleep each night, we can experience a better QUALITY of sleep!

Each of the seven 15-minute classes connect breath with slow movements, which will quiet your mind and help you detach from the mental and physical stresses of the day. Gentle twists and soothing long holds will stretch the areas of the body where we store tension the most, especially the shoulders, neck, back and hips.

When we improve the quality of our sleep, we can be the best version of ourselves. We are more present in our relationships, we work at our fullest potential, and we can live a more enriched and connected life!

instructor Instructor profile

Robin is a certified yoga instructor and avid acroyoga teacher based in Seattle, WA. She discovered early in her practice that breath with body movement can release the stresses of daily life, and deeply weaves them into her classes. Her use of creative, alignment-based sequencing provides a safe space for her students to let go of the outside world and heal the body from the inside out.

You can find her teaching locally in Seattle as well as leading retreats and workshops across the country and internationally.
