Day 13: Yoga Shred Sequence

I like the concept of NLS so much, let’s bring it into the yoga practice, though in a different way. Whereas yesterday you brought the NLS fire, today I want you to explore how much balance you can bring to your poses. If there are still any areas of aggression in your mind or body, please erase them. Breathe to illuminate your energy and get your inner space more clean and clear. Move to dance with your spirit, and feel delicious.

Practice flowing for its own sake, and not because you’re trying to get anything out of it, but rather, just enjoy the fantastic lightness of being, here, right now, alive and free.

Do the least amount of effort to get into alignment, and then just…enjoy. After all, this is the central teaching, and jewel of the yoga practice: If you want more happiness, abundance, love and success in your life, than you have to create, inspire and allow it, between you and yourself, right now, just because. From there, your outer world will take care of itself.

So today, dive inside, and express yourself from there.
