DESCRIPTION

Use the next 15 minutes to tighten those glutes with a booty band and weights. You’ll warm up with Squats, Jumping Jacks, and Dumbbell Swings, then push through the remainder of class with Plank Jacks and Donkey Kicks to Fire Hydrants to fire up your behind with a resistance band.
