DESCRIPTION
This class covers the essential building blocks to develop the opposing yet complimentary movements of forward bends and backbends. For forward bends, we cover wave patterns and learn to bend from both the hips and spine. For backbending, we focus on overhead shoulder mobility, pelvis isolations, and mobilizations of the thoracic spine.
Also, the stretching techniques covered in this class work hamstrings and hip flexors while also developing active flexibility through a full range of movement.
