Locust

The focus of today's practice is locust pose. Locust is one of the most important foundational postures. It is all about awakening the muscles on the back of your body. With the assistance of a strap and blanket, we will move the spine through flexion and extension to warm-up the spine. This practice is a great one to repeat to build strength or use as a warm-up for more advanced postures.
