This dynamic and invigorating 30-minute Vinyasa class will challenge your body, ignite your spirit, and leave you feeling empowered and energized. You’ll get into some deep hip openers with Warrior III, Wild Thing, and Eka Pada Koundinyasana II. You’ll also focus on some core activation with Bear Holds and Scissor Kicks.
