DESCRIPTION

Work a part of your core that’s often challenging to access — your lower abs. You’ll start slow and simple, then integrate varied movements like Scissors, Leg Raise Crunches, and Bear Walk Planks. Modifications for more or less intensity will be provided throughout, making this workout one you'll be able to revisit and grow with over time.
