How To Approach This Series

Thanks so much for joining me!

Barre Sculpt 2 has more advanced movements and we’ll use the chair and hand weights a bit differently than in my first Barre Sculpt plan. We’ll use the chair to play with positioning and it’ll add an extra challenge!

I’ve also included a new stretch video, which I’m super excited. You can repeat it as often as you want, and I encourage you to use it on your rest days or when you feel particularly sore.

These classes are jam-packed with great exercises. I made them challenging so that you can grow every time you repeat them.

You don’t need to follow the workouts in any order. I encourage you to jump around and find what you like and what will be a fun challenge for you that day!

I also want you to listen to your body! This is another element of my program –
feeling more connected to your body because we’re working all sorts of new muscles. Tap into that connection and know it’s okay to take a day off and go for a light walk instead.

I know you will love these workouts! Can't wait to get started!!
