DESCRIPTION

Hollowbacks are about learning how to use our own muscle resistance rather than strength to support us in this position on our hands or forearms. They are necessary to counter all the hollow body positions that we do through handstands, planks and most arm balances. By safely learning proper hollowback form, you will open up the shoulders and upper back and increase your mobility.
