Congratulations on committing to begin your handstand journey! Let's take a few minutes to go over what to expect over the next 30 days.
This plan is set up in a calendar method, so you’ll start with Day 1, then move on to Day 2, and so on.
Each video is designed with a different purpose and build upon each other, so you will want to go in order.
Please spend an hour or so each day practicing the lesson of the day. Though the length of the videos are around 20 minutes, they are not long enough for you to pick up the skills in that amount of time. You’ll want to dedicate more time to practice the theory and exercises in order to get the maximum benefit.
The first Proficiency Test is half way through the 30 days and will gauge your progress since Day 1. It’s okay if you don’t pass all the tests! The test is simply a way to see where you are and what you may want to work on as you continue through the series.
The second Proficiency Test is at the end of the plan and will show you how well you absorbed the information presented in the series and will let you know if you are ready to move on to the other FlyStrong plans.
This is super important: this series is challenging and you will encounter things you are unable to do on your first, second or tenth try, which is totally normal! This is a journey and will take lots of practice and determination. Just do what you can do each day and TRY the stuff that you can’t. Failing is okay! Continuing to try again is what really matters. With a clear head and set intentions, I know you will get there!
