DESCRIPTION

The Push is a no-joke, circuit-style practice that moves quickly through a series of pushing movements to take you to the brink of failure. This class is not for the faint of heart. Using blocks and a ledge, you’ll move through straightforward motions, push-up and bridge variations, core-firing exercises, and a few backbends to balance the body.
