Get into the groove and work those arms — using zero weights! — in this motivating HIIT class. An arm workout using just your bodyweight is deceivingly intense, and in just 15 minutes, they’ll certainly feel loosened up. You’ll be moving them the whole time when you’re punching, pushing, lifting, and, yes, planking.
