Blossoming To Balance

To embody something new we have to create the space for it to thrive. In this case, to fully embody a new pose, we have to create space and opportunity to find proper alignment and understanding of the pose to blossom into it fully. In this class, you’ll hone your balance in poses such as side plank, wild thing, crow, and handstand, and harness your ability to be graceful yet powerful while embodying lightness through every breath.

Andrew’s Bio

With a profound passion for self healing, Yoga was a natural next step following Andrew's college education in microbiology. His childhood was spent exploring the beaches of Barbados, where his connection with nature and its healing properties became evident. These elements, combined with his deep curiosity of body-mechanics and human potential, set him on a path toward becoming the devout and inspiring yogi he is today.

Andrew has intentionally and consistently pursued his path of health education, completing his 200 hr. Yoga Teacher Training at the Yoga Centre in San Luis Obispo, 200 hr. AcroYoga Level 1 Teacher Training, and he received High Honors Graduation from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
