Perspective Patience Persistence

Perspective, patience, and persistence are the 3 pillars of focus that bring you greater awareness in your practice. When we change our perspective on what we are capable of, we create new possibilities for where our abilities can take us. Patience helps us enjoy the journey, not the destination. And persistence keeps us flowing and growing through life’s ups and downs. The best way to practice all 3 pillars? Arm balances and inversions. Get ready to see the world from new angles and build strength along the way.

Andrew’s Bio

With a profound passion for self healing, Yoga was a natural next step following Andrew's college education in microbiology. His childhood was spent exploring the beaches of Barbados, where his connection with nature and its healing properties became evident. These elements, combined with his deep curiosity of body-mechanics and human potential, set him on a path toward becoming the devout and inspiring yogi he is today.

Andrew has intentionally and consistently pursued his path of health education, completing his 200 hr. Yoga Teacher Training at the Yoga Centre in San Luis Obispo, 200 hr. AcroYoga Level 1 Teacher Training, and he received High Honors Graduation from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
