Twist out the old and wring in the new. Twists are one of the best ways to wring out the inner organs and release tension from the musculature of the spine. This class is all about engaging the lower abdominals and utilizing the core to twist yourself into clearing the body, mind, and spirit.

Andrew’s Bio

With a profound passion for self healing, Yoga was a natural next step following Andrew's college education in microbiology. His childhood was spent exploring the beaches of Barbados, where his connection with nature and its healing properties became evident. These elements, combined with his deep curiosity of body-mechanics and human potential, set him on a path toward becoming the devout and inspiring yogi he is today.

Andrew has intentionally and consistently pursued his path of health education, completing his 200 hr. Yoga Teacher Training at the Yoga Centre in San Luis Obispo, 200 hr. AcroYoga Level 1 Teacher Training, and he received High Honors Graduation from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
