Mind-Body Sculpt: Focus & Fluidity

DESCRIPTION

Bring mindfulness and intention setting into your sculpt class. You’ll start by balancing focus and fluidity in a meditation at the beginning, and then moving into a fiery workout that will challenge your balance with a ball. You’ll power through exercises that often combine two movements, like Downward Dog to Plank and Bicep Crunch to Curl, before ending in a flowing cooldown and reflecting on your practice.
