Mind-Body Sculpt: Root & Rise

DESCRIPTION

Dig into your roots and rise with purpose in this mindfulness-focused sculpt class. You’ll begin with a meditation and then move through Swimmers, Side Plank Hip Lifts, Reverse Lunge to Warrior III, and Tricep Kickbacks making sure your feet are connected to the ground and that you lift yourself up in a fluid motion. A flowing cool-down awaits you to stretch out your muscles at the end.
