Mind-Body Sculpt: Soft & Strong

DESCRIPTION

Ease into your 30-minute sculpt class by setting an intention and practicing slow breathwork on your mat. You’ll create softness and fluidity in your body and mind while also strengthening your muscles and mental fortitude. Move with power into Bear Hold to Plank, Split-Leg Deadlifts, Tricep Kickbacks, Single-Leg Extensions, then finish class with a stretch and an opportunity to reflect.
