DESCRIPTION

Welcome to Morning Yoga Kickstart! This 7-day yoga series will brighten your mornings and outlook on life!

I’ve designed each of these classes for a different day of the week. They’re listed in order from Monday to Sunday. Although the class names have days of the week (ex: Monday: Flow Easy), they are meant to follow *your* schedule. So if your weekend falls on a Tuesday/Wednesday, do the Saturday class on Tuesday and your Sunday meditation on Wednesday.

If you are just beginning a morning workout or yoga routine, expect that some mornings may feel different than others; some mornings you may have more energy, while others you may feel fatigued. This is totally normal and is a result of daily stresses. Even on days you feel sluggish, I encourage you to stick with the routine and to not miss a day! Those are the days that you need the kick start the most, and I know you will be glad you stuck with it!
