Work your lateral front line and side body with this continuous, dynamic vinyasa flow. This sequence is designed to strengthen and lengthen your side body, release tension, and break fascial adhesions with a focus on your obliques and core. You’ll work up to fun and challenging poses such as Bound Half Moon, Bird of Paradise, and headstand variations.
