Thank you for joining me for Power of Breath!

This series consists of 9 videos. I encourage you to start with the theory classes to gain a solid understanding of why Pranayama is important, the muscles we will use, and how you will increase you energy flow.

There is no calendar or schedule to follow, but you'll get the most benefits by doing a 15-30 minute Pranayama practice every day.

Pranayama is a huge part of my daily practice and I can't wait for you to experience the same peace, happiness and centeredness!
