DESCRIPTION

In this class we’ll work through a regular Vinyasa sequence. The sequence itself isn’t too challenging, but we’ll incorporate breath retention Khumbaka to our movements, which will add a new dimension to your Vinyasa practice. Feel free to modify as needed and take breaks to retain a calm, equanimous state.
