Strength Training: I Am Powerful

DESCRIPTION

This short but effective class will challenge your muscles and get you sweating. It contains a dynamic full-body warm up, circuit training, and ends with a few static stretches. In the circuit training, we strengthen your legs, gently work your baby carriage (aka core), and your upper body.

Strength work helped me step into my physical power during pregnancy, and helped me realize how much strength comes from the mind. You are capable of pushing past your perceived limits and into your strength. You are powerful. Take this with you into labor.
