Whether stress from work or our personal lives, or stress from the weight of thoughts, worries, and day-to-day duties, we can keep excess baggage on saddled on our backs. Focusing on the feet, calves, hamstrings, low back, upper back, and neck, this restful practice works its way up the body to release tension from the literal and figurative burdens we carry.
