DESCRIPTION

The wrists are complex and vital joints for improving your arm balance and inversion practice. When we lack motion in our wrists, we compensate by trying to making up the motion at the top of the shoulder and elbow. Conversely, if our shoulder mobility is minimal, we will try to make up for it in our wrists and elbows. It is therefore just as important to focus on shoulder mobility as it is wrist mobility: the two are interconnected. This 10-minute wrist and shoulder warm-up will loosen your joints and ensure your yoga practice is strong, safe, and effective.
