We dive into some fluid core work to increase your fitness and stretch it out in standing poses. Then we hit a super fluid routine called the Dog Town and Z Boys flow. Dive into some backbend bliss then strengthen your abs before chilling out to some awesome stretches that will put open up your most joyous self. Throw in a deep savasana and centering at the end and you will flow into bliss.
