DESCRIPTION
This routine will open you up to waves of bliss. We start with some tai chi for the neck and shoulders. We dive into some fluid core work to increase your fitness and stretch it out in standing poses. Then we hit a super fluid routine called the Dog Town and Z Boys flow. Dive into some backbend bliss then strengthen your abs before chilling out to some awesome stretches that will put open up your most joyous self. Throw in a deep savasana and centering at the end and you will flow into bliss.
