Fluid Soul is one of the most vigorous routines on the plan, but it will get you deeply embodied and profoundly present. We will start Blissology Ocean Flow Warm ups, followed by a Fluid Sun Salutation Sea for an open body and flowing chi. Then we dive into a circular flow feels so good when you get the pattern. We hit some liquified wild things and funky standing twists before launching into some fast twitch muscle fibre work with yoga and karate fusion and some joyful surf fitness. Close it out with some yoga arm balances and some backbends before winding down with some delicious stretches for the hips and hamstrings.
