DESCRIPTION

Liquid Asana is the most yoga-like routine of all the superflows in this plan. We start with a series of Ocean Flow warm ups and the Fluid Triangle Flow to calm the mind and open the body. Then we dive into some deep stretching for hips and hamstrings in some creative sequences that feel delicious in the body. Add on a chill savasana and centering time at the end to float through your day with maximum bliss.
