DESCRIPTION
The name of this super flow says it all, but this practice will get you both fit and open. We start with deep, slow yoga stretches to warm up and get into our bodies and breath, enter the Sun Sal Sea, and play with some creative standing pose flows which incorporate leg and abdominal toning. Enjoy some functional mobility, arm balances, and backbends. Then we'll cool down with hip stretching and a centering close.
